This 45 minute class ifocuses on facilitating balance and coordination and building strength. It supports everyday movements, reducing falls and ultimately prolonging longevity.

SENIOR PILATES

Specially designed for older learners, Silver Swans® ballet classes will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. The class starts at the barre and moves into the centre, finishing with a stretch. No experience of ballet required
